01Overview
What we deliver
Road works are executed in stages: setting-out with the local authorities, clearing and earthworks with graders, dozers, loaders and tippers, then sub-base, aggregate base course and asphalt laid to the approved programme and tested at each layer. Structures are built to a schedule agreed with the Engineer.

Road construction methodology

Mobilisation
Permits, approvals and documents processed on award; boundary points and perimeter pegs identified with the local authorities.

Site clearance
Trees, roots, shrubs and undesirable material removed with graders, dozers, loaders and tippers.
- 03
Earthworks
Levelling generates long stretches for subsequent grading and compaction in layers.
- 04
Pavement
Sub-base, aggregate base course and asphalt placed and tested to specification.
- 05
Structures
Culverts and protection works constructed to a schedule agreed with the Engineer.
