Royal Decree 35/2003

The Omani Labour Law, the primary legislation for employment and workplace safety obligations.

Plan, inspect, test, record.

04Certifications

Certified to ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.

Al-Najd’s management systems are certified to ISO 9001:2015 (quality), ISO 14001:2015 (environment) and ISO 45001:2018 (occupational health and safety) by Americo Quality Standards Registech, accredited by UAF. The certificates were issued on 6 October 2026 and are valid to 5 October 2029, subject to satisfactory annual surveillance audits. Joint-venture partner Sharikat Fanniya Omaniya holds its own ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 certificates, and three engineers hold Oman Society of Engineers classifications.
