- Project Manager
- Responsible for planning and execution, the interface with the client and the Engineer, schedule implementation, resource deployment, quality-system implementation and contractual progress reporting.
- Planning Engineer
- Prepares the detailed work schedule and supports construction managers in scheduling and monitoring.

- Implements the Project Quality Plan, raises inspection requests and controls quality records and test results.

A full road-construction fleet through the joint venture.
Graders, rollers, excavators, loaders, pavers, tippers, crushers and two asphalt plants are registered by joint-venture partner Nasr Arabian Company and available to Al-Najd projects. The company’s mobilisation procedure states that plant is mobilised from the joint partnership’s own resources, which include an in-house plant-maintenance department.
